| TravelSky Inner Mongolia Branch Holds Departure System Knowledge Training | |

From October 24 to October 26, 2011, Inner Mongolia TravelSky Information Technology Co,.Ltd. held the first Departure System Knowledge Training for 12 airports in Inner Mongolia. This is the first session, and two anther sessions will be held later. In this three-day training, three trainers explained the new functions of the departure system, common problems and how to solve them, new functions of NEWAPP system and its emergency plan and backup practices. Throughout the training, the trainers gave detailed and comprehensive introduction, while the students listening carefully. Each interaction linked the training with practice, achieving good results. As the check-in staff at the airport have high turnover rate, most staff are newcomers. Therefore, this training is necessary to lay a solid foundation for Inner Mongolia airport staff. This training also took the philosophy of serving customer and customer-first as its core values. It provided tailor-made services to customers, and therefore won the heart of them. The training has gained support from Travelsky Marketing Department, Operations Center, and R&D Center with their experienced trainers and professional guidance. |
