Every child is the angel to eachfamily, and hope of their parents. However, there are some children who were born with physical or mental defects. No one can imagine how heavy it is that they have to bear “the burden of life"......
On October 21, to encourage stff to “excel in their performances”, the Purchasing Department organized the Party members and the masses to visit Beijing Oriental Love Child Welfare Institute. We visited the children with physical or mental defects and donated some household items, bringing love and warmth to them in the late autumn. In accordance with the provisions of the institute, the visitors don’t have the direct access to these children. We can only talk to the children through the gate. However, it was obvious that these kids felt happy when seeing us, "strange uncle and aunt", by running to the gate to talk to us. Our simple talk made those children that have few contact with the outside world full of joy.
Beijing Oriental Love Child Welfare Institute was built in 2007, adopting the abandoned babies and orphans in Chaoyang District, and providing life services, medical care and education. They also found the suitable family as their foster home according to law, improving the living condition of these children, keeping them from being forgotten and abandoned, while teaching them how to live, love and be loved.
Dear children, you have to be strong, you have to smile. “Loneliness” is not the word in your life. In future, more and more people will love you!
